Ectopic pregnancy!!???

I think I’m having an ectopic pregnancy last week I went to the hospital for very server pain and I was bleeding but only when I wipe and also I felt so bloated! and they did an ultrasound and couldn’t see anything but a lot of fluid and my blood test hcg came back at 325 then I went back that day after because the pain felt like it got worser I couldn’t walk straight I just felt tightness when I walk and pressure when I sat down and I could only sleep in an certain position so I want feel it and I was also still bleeding just enough for and panty liner the day after that the pain left but the bleeding still was there but it got back to when I just saw it when I wiped then I started an shoulder pain in like the back side it was so bad I got chest pain from it and I thought I was having an heart attack then it eased off then yesterday was my first obgyn appointment they said everything looked fine and she said I only had a little bit of blood and that was good and they did an ultrasound still couldn’t find nothing but fluid and an thick uterus and they did blood work and it came back at 455 and she said it’s been 4 days and it only went up 40. % it should have went up more so they saying it could be an ectopic but I go back tomorrow to get another blood test to see if it doubles..if it don’t I’m going to go ahead and get the shot instead of the surgery or should I just try to wait it out?
