What is this?

So I noticed these white spots down there...they don’t itch or anything they’re just there but you can feel the difference in skin texture. When I went to the clinic on campus the doctor said she didn’t see anything. Please help!!!

Also they don’t hurt at all, when I first noticed them I had a bad yeast infection and the doctor told me they could be yeast bumps or scars from me getting raped. They’ve been there for a year now with no change at all.

I also think the lighting is making it look worse because they don’t look like that in other pictures or to the eye. There’s no liquid in them, I’ve checked daily ever since I saw them and they’ve never burst or became sores. Could it be because of laundry detergent or frequent yeast infections? I was also told they could be fordyce spots.
