Anyone know what this is?

My toddler gets bad bug bites, and at first we thought these were just those. But the patches seem to be spreading more. They aren't anywhere else besides the bottoms of her feet. They don't bother her. No other symptoms. Any ideas?

My daughter had hand, foot, mouth couple times and for her it didn’t look like that. It was tiny red bumps all over the bottom of her feet and in her mouth. That looks more like a rash to me.

Looks like Hand Foot and Mouth. Get to the doctor to get it checked.
