9 months nursing

December mommas!

My daughter had her 9 month dr appt today - I feel like her dr was insinuating that I should stop nursing her- and my husband too... he said “ she’ll be walking soon so it’s time to stop”.

she nurses in the morning and at night , and takes pumped bottles in between. Should I be stopping now that she’s hit 9 months ?! What is everyone doing? I have a pretty good freezer stash but I’m not sure I’m ready to stop.....I never really thought about it until now but she’s definitely taking less. I’m assuming it’ll be drying up soon but I’d like to try to make it a year ....
