Is it bad that sometimes i wish i was single.

I’ve been with my boyfriend for a year n 4 months . At the beginning of the relationship it was great i was so happy and didn’t want anyone else. A year later and i don’t know if i can do it anymore . He’s going into the navy after high school. He wants to get married right after high school. All the love and affection has gone away, i have to ask to be posted on any social media. I put too much effort in the relationship and he puts out too little. I feel like i’m stuck because his mom says she loves me and she’s grateful i’m going to be there when he’s gone 😭
