Did depo do it

Me an my DH has been ttc for 1.5 yrs an yes we are healthy no drugs or alcohol in 10 months. I was on depo for about, at most, 3 yrs. Ive been off depo since mid 2016 to currently my question do you think we had not gotten pregnant yet because all those years on depo?
