Babys head measuring 3 weeks behind?

I'm 39+6, had my first ultrasound since I was 18 weeks yesterday and her body was measuring normal but her head was 3-4 weeks behind.. Should I be worried? I'm waiting for my doctor to call.. Just a little nerve wracking and I was hoping someone has good news for me

At least a small head is easier to push out. 
Also this far along precise measurements from a scan are really hard to get, so try not to worry about until the Dr says there's a problem or not.
