Please help-need advice

Just left my RE apt after my first failed IUI. I have one cyst on my right ovary and two larger ones on my left ovary, so this cycle is out for another try at IUI because they need everything to be quiet before stimulating the ovaries...they said I can come back in four weeks after my next cycle and try again if the cysts have gone away, or I can get on birth control to diminish the cysts before my next try...what should I do? I’m so over this process I’m ready to give up
