i’m high risk?

i just got my summary back from my appointment yesterday and looked at my patient portal, and it says they diagnosed me as high risk?? the doctor said everything is good when she gave me my full workup so idk what this could be from. i did black out when they drew my blood at the previous appointment so could that be why? i also had a miscarriage my first pregnancy so could that be another reason?
