I need some help on how you ladies stayed sane while waiting for that first period after MC. I miscarried on Aug 16th with the help of cytotec since my body wouldn’t do it naturally (it was pretty complicated start to finish). My doctor said to wait the pretty standard one cycle. It’s been 36 days since the start of my MC and 22 days since the end. I find myself neurotically checking if AF came and finding myself being let down every time. It’s literally all I think about.
