Another friend pregnant

Just found out my friend is pregnant with some guys baby. She just was lazy using contraception. I've been trying a year and had 2 miscarriages now diagnosed with cysts on my ovaries. I'm happy that she's OK and with that but it just hurts me inside knowing that she didn't even have to try. I'm sorry. I'm just venting. Everyone makes it look easy...
