Baby led weaning mamas
Do you worry about the amount of salt in foods you give yourself little ones? Or other seasonings? I’m started to give my daughter more things off my plate or making her mini versions of small things and she likes them a lot better than purees but one thing I worry about is salt. Like I’ve heard moms giving ham and things like that but ham is so salty! Like tonight I made mashed potatoes but set some aside for her before I put in all the salt and pepper. Anyone else do that?
