So yesterday my doctor suggested I go to the hospital for possible preterm labor. I'm 25 weeks and had TERRIBLE cramping in my lower abdomen and my back that would come and go and lasted all day. Usually when I get cramps this pregnancy, I'd get them every other day or so and they would only last for a few minutes and be really mild..

So anyways.. I went to the hospital and the nurse checked my cervix. This is my first pregnancy.

OMG. I did NOT imagine it hurting that bad!! I knew it was going to be uncomfortable, but holy shit! (I'm a baby when it comes to pain) She said my cervix is really far back.

Does anyone else think getting their cervix checked is extremely painful?
