Dandruff?

Question

Anyone have bad dandruff? Overall my hair looks dull and feels thinner and I have a lot of dandruff with this pregnancy. I just had my daughter last January and my hair was super thick with that pregnancy and i had zero dandruff.. I'm having a boy now so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.. can anyone recommend anything for the dandruff? Also what other vitamins should I be taking that would help with my hair other than prenatals?

I get eczema in my scalp so I just use head and shoulders a couple times a week

How often are you washing your hair ? Do you use a lot of products ? Drinking enough water ? 
I like shea moisture apple cider vinegar grow and restore line. I feel like the vinegar really helps remove build up. 
I also use bio silk conditioner and will put oil in my scalp if it feels dry. I try to wash a few times a week - sometimes I just do a wash for conditioner. 
I’ve found these methods to help. Also found drinking enough water helps too
