Night Sleep changes?

My son has been a fantastic night sleeper but for the past month he's been all over the place at night and just makes all sorts of noises. He went from sleeping 12 hours to sometimes 10.5 hrs. After a week of this I would have thought he would of needed to catch up on some missed sleep but nope! Anyone else going through this? He turned 13 months on the 10th.

Perhaps too much daytime sleep? At that age he shouldn’t be getting more than 2.5 hours during the day. Mine naps 9:30am-11:00am and 2:00pm-3:00pm. He goes down at 7:00pm so he is good and tired. 4 hours of wake time is recommended before bed.

Ugh my daughter has been so annoying lately, waking up two or three times a night and most irritatingly at like quarter to 5 am 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have no idea what’s causing it. She’s woken up a couple times a night since about 3 months old but usually she’s really easy to settle. Now it’s like this prolonged annoyingness and we’ve had to put on lullabies to get her back to sleep.

My son has been doing the same thing. He has been a sound sleeper for so long and just this month he has been waking up a couple times a night. He typically cries or whines for a moment, finds his lovey and snuggles back to sleep. He definately seems more restless.  My son has had 2 teeth come in recently so Im attributing his restlessness to this.
