TMI...nipple at 32 weeks pregnant?

Sorry for the TMI...I’m 32 weeks pregnant and my nipples have looked like this for a while with crusty yellow stuff in the middle. Is this normal? What is it?

I get that I'm 23 weeks with my second, my doctor said milk can come in earlier with second pregnancies, it came in a few days ago. I use warm water and gently wipe it off.
