my daughter (11 years) has been having major issues. I'm at a lose. It was confirmed she isn't directly doing the bullying BUT isn't saying anything when her friend is. She is actually going along with her friend (being silent but laughing or giving her friend some kind of praise) .the first time she was grounded for a month and this means she sat in her room and could only read books no computer no phone..no playing outside(the girl they were bullying is our next door neighbor) and had to apologize in person and with a letter.

so last week the grounding was over shes still not allowed on her computer or phone but I let her play outside with the neighbor kids, they were not even out 10 mins and a different neighbor kid comes in almost completely bold. I asked her what happened and she said she cut her own hair and then left. I asked my daughter what happened and she just said "what? she wanted to cut her hair" my daughter stood there while this girl hacked away at her own hair and didnt try and stop her! wth.. now shes not aloud to play with my daughter either. I dont know how to handle this or my daughter......
