Can trapped wind cause back pain? I’m in agony here! 31 weeks and it’s just came on

Yess it can cause back pain and stomach pain I just had this horrible problem last night it's the worst pain ever but eating too much greasy foods may be the cause or you have trapped gas what helps me is putting a fan in front of me and drinking lots of water at the same time
