App says I ovulate on Friday but this test looks close to being positive LG surge. What do you think?

It’s positive. You still could ovulate days from now but it’s definitely time to start BDing. Glow app doesn’t always estimate the ovulation date correctly. I would proceed with the assumption you are ovulating earlier than Glow is saying.
