Okay ladies so I need to know ... Am I wrong? HELP!

Okay so here’s the story me and my boyfriend have been together for the past 7 months but we’ve known each other for a year and pretty much been jumping on the good foot and doing the bad thang since we met (YES I LET MY HOE FLOURISH 😂!) but anyways my boyfriend is the best man I’ve ever had ! He’s caring , trustworthy, fine as hell & most of all loves me for me no chaser.
BUT It’s this one thing... he doesn’t do oral .. oh but he LOVES to receive it. Now I’m not petty , I give him what he likes and I do it well he’s never had any complaints. But when I tell you bringing up the fact that he needs to give back to the needy (aka me I’m the needy!) he gets all upset and doesn’t want to talk about it. The three times he did do it it felt like a cat was licking milk out of a bowl 😒 the 2nd time was the same , the 3rd time I told him I wanted to get comfortable and he got all pissy and started a fight ! 
Like WTF!! I cant understand what his deal is! I’ve tried to have a open conversation about how much I really like (aka need) oral but he’s just not getting it and he’s not the one to be rushed BUT DAMNIT MAN! This is getting to be too much! PLUS he’s been slacking in the sack I didn’t even cum the last 3 times we’ve had sex ... I love the hell out of him and I don’t want to leave but I’m seriously fed the hell up with the shenanigans.. what should I do? Please help me y’all because I feel like if I keep this up I’m gonna mess around and do something I’ll regret later .

Either he doesn't know how to do it and avoids doing it because he's embarrassed and doesn't wanna disappoint you....
Or he generally doesn't enjoy it. Maybe there's a valid reason for it? Who knows? You gotta communicate with him.... But not in a way that feels like he's being interrogated or attacked

HE'S JUST NOT INTO IT. Thats it. Not everybody is and theres nothing wrong with that. He did those couple times because you pressured him and guilted him into it. 
Either get over it and leave him alone about it or find someone who is into it. Those are your choices.

I mean... if he doesn’t want to do it, he’s not required to just because he’s your boyfriend. Idk about you but I enjoy giving head so I’ll do it whether he gives it to me or not. I typically don’t ask for oral and just let him do it when he decides he wants to (which isn’t often, maybe once every six months, but omg when he does it’s amazing). He’s probably slacking because he feels pressured, cut him some slack in the sack.
If you didn’t want to do something, like say anal or whatever, and he kept pressuring you over and over and over again about it and you said yes just to shut him up, that wouldn’t be consent. The same thing goes for him, it doesn’t sound like he’s consenting to do it so don’t try to make him.
