So I have obviously exfoliated, used Proactiv, spot treatment, Aveeno Acne, Philosophy, DermaDoctor and nothing has really improved this. I always wash my arms last out of shower so conditioner, etc isnt being left behind on my arms.

These are the backs of my arms (the one bigger red spot was a mole removal from last year), they are not white heads. It looks more red in person. (I had this pre-pregnancy so it’s not something that just flared up, but didn’t know what other group to post this in LOL)

Has anyone had something similar and what specific product worked for you?
