Is it appropriate to give your realtor a thank you gift?

My husband and I are closing on a house in November and our realtor has been amazing... I want to give her a thank you gift or card but idk if it’s appropriate

Yes it is. I work in real estate and I would say about half the clients bring their agent a gift. They won’t expect it at all so don’t feel bad if you don’t!

The agent should get you the gift as they’re the one making a nice commission check however if they went above and beyond maybe a gift- but I wouldnt go nuts. The best gift you could get your realtor is a bunch of referrals :)
