Anxiety.

I’ve struggled with anxiety for awhile, so this is nothing new for me.

Lately though, I’ve felt very anxiety ridden really for no reason and I don’t know why. As far as I know I don’t have any issues going on in my life, lol. I’ve felt like I’m being strangled, and my breathing is going to be cut off any minute or “lack of oxygen” even though I know that isn’t the case. I’m really unsure how to manage it, and I’ve had it for years. I’m not a fan of medicines, I like to do things all natural. If anyone has any suggestions on managing my anxiety or a quick relief for when I feel anxiety like symptoms I’d appreciate it, thank you so much. ♥️
