Needing advice please.

So hi my name is Jordan, I’m recently 24 years in age and I was hoping to reach out and receive any advice about what I’m fixing to ask. How do women of young age cope with not being able to have children due to the removing of both tubes and an ovary by the time I was 18. It started when I was 15. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Now I’m trying to have a relationship and it’s struggling after 5 years because my emotions that are a roller coaster (real high highs but really low bad lows.) I feel I’m not good enough because I can’t reproduce? Idk.. I was raised by my dad and whatever crazy woman he was with 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I never got a chance to talk about it. Men don’t understand as bad as my bf wants to. I feel lost. Help please?
