Passing clots & cramping. Am I?

Im ten wks. Was of risk of miscarriage. Am I miscarrying?
How long does it last?
Is there a possibility its gonna be okay?

It could be a subchorionic hemerage that’s what I have now. I’ve spoke to women who bled heavvvvvvy for weeks and had huge clots and tissue come out and still have a perfectly healthy baby. I think it all depends on where the hemerage is and where the baby is. I went for an ultrasound Sunday afternoon for bad cramping and back pain and they did an ultrasound and said they could only see a gestational sac and possibly a yolk sac but I’m only now 5 weeks 5 days so I was only 5 weeks 2days that night at 4am Monday I woke myself up with bad stabbing pain in what I though was my butt instead it was my cervix I got up and felt wet which wasn’t odd for me I’ve had a lot of discharge this pregnancy so I reached down and when I looked at my hand it was covered in blood I ran to the bathroom and it looked like my insides were falling into the toilet. I called my ob as soon as they opened at 8 but they couldn’t get me in there until 4:20pm. In the ultrasound I wouldn’t even look at the screen I was so upset and didn’t wanna look. Then I heard the doctor said “there you are little one” and I burst out in tears. We got to see our little one just one day after that other scan where all we saw was an empty gestational sac but not this time we actually sawn the yolk sac and a possible heart beat!!! But the reason for the bleeding was then found it was a mass of blood and tissue but the problem is where this mass is it’s behind my baby basically pushing him or her out it. There is a chance it could make it but it’s a small one. I wish you luck sweetie hopefully our baby’s are strong enough to hold on

Everyone’s different so it’s hard to tell exactly.  I miscarried but just had spotting, cramps, and some little clots. I was about 5 weeks. 
10 weeks would be different. I would expect bleeding cramping and more clots then. There is a chance it could be okay. My moms a nurse and told me once she thought someone was miscarrying because a huge clot fell from the girl, and onto the floor. Baby ended up being fine. 
I would go get checked out at the ER so they can do an ultrasound and give you a direct answer. Sorry you’re going through this. I know it’s scary and hard to handle either way. Best of luck.
