Bleeding 10 weeks

So a couple nights ago DH and I had some hot and heavy love making and i started bleeding and now about 2 days later it is still coming. Started out dark brown and now it’s a deep red. Never had spotting this pregnancy and now only after sex I’m bleeding. I have my doctor appt tomorow so i don’t want to spend the day at the ER when there is nothing they can do anyway since I’m only 10 weeks. Anyone else experience this and everything be perfectly fine?

I’m trying to remain calm as i have already felt quickening this pregnancy and heard a heart beat, but since this is my rainbow every little thing shakes me to my core. Thanks ladies!
