41 weeks today

last appt. 4 days ago i was only a cm dilated. i just lost my mucus plug today around 1pm and its still coming out. im having lower back pain & strong contractions but not close together. should i wait to go to the hospital? or go now? im scheduled to get induced tmw morning.
