Flu shot safe while pregnant?

I’ve had the flu before and it was the worst thing ever. Don’t want to go through again, so I was wondering if the flu shot was safe during pregnancy? Currently 4 mos.

Ya you’re actually supposed to get it while pregnant along with the whooping cough vaccine

Not just safe but recommended! The flu can turn deadly much more quickly for pregnant women. I’m getting mine tomorrow.

My doctor advised I get one my next visit since I'll be due in Jan and your immune system is lowered when pregnant. I've never gotten the flu shot before, so I'm nervous to do it.

Yes, it’s recommended. I’m getting the t free version on the first with my tdap. 
My work offers the flu shot free but not the t free version. Both are supposed to be safe but I figure, why not get the t free version.

Yes.  Preservative free (has to be special ordered).
 
Also, get the TDap between 30-36 weeks.  It will also pass to the baby and give a minimal amount of protection until they can get their shot at 3 months.

Yes always get the flu shot and whooping cough vaccine while pregnant! Not only is it dangerous for you to contract the flu while pregnant (getting the flu can cause severe issues with your baby including heart defects) but getting these shots while pregnant will ultimately help keep your baby safe after they are born because they will get the benefits of the shot through you!

Yes. And its safe at any time, though now is the best time to get it since it takes about a month to be fully effective and its almost flu season. 
The spray is not safe though.
