Pelvic pain and sound of cracking?!?
So for the past few days I have been very sore down in my pelvic region and sometimes, mostly at night or when I get up in the morning, something cracks down there! My husband and I can actually hear it. Its pretty uncomfortable and very sore. When i take my first few steps it’s like baby steps because it hurts too much. Is anyone else experiencing this?!? I have a dr appt tomorrow. I read its ligaments stretching but its freaking me out
