8 days late for af now medium spotting??

Yall this might be a long shot.

My last period was aug 23 for 4 days normal for me is 28 day cycle

I had 1.5 days of spotting just a panty liner needed sept 8th it was dark red and mostly brown.

So period day came and went 8 days, pos everyday all negative.

8days late and started spotting today I'm like ok good period coming but usually it's heavy like super tampons every 3 hrs. But it's not like that, once again it's like the spotting I had on the 8th.

Thinking back to when I had gotten prego with my 2nd I had a 9 day long implantion bleed that happened a week closer to 2 weeks after a normal period..

What do yall think is going on? Do yall think theres a possibility I'm pregnant or like maybe something up with my vagina like a cyst or idk something? Anything similar yall heard about?
