Wouldnt this be horrible karma

In a bit of a pickle and too afraid to test. Havent had sex since aug 14th. Period is 3 days late. Been having weird cramps but so far no period. Top afraid to test bc it was like a one night with my ex roommate and were no longer talking and i feel like karma just wants to bit me in the ass.. my periods can be rather long but i just dont feel like myself i feel sick in the morning when i get up and all i wanna do is sleep but that could be the weather.. any helpful advice?
