A year or so ago I was in school, and for convenience purposes there were changing rooms in case you would like to change before and after the class.

After class I hurried to change because I was running late and happened to overhear a discussion going on in the ladies changing area between two woman about sex and how the one woman let's call her 'Sarah' didn't believe that contraceptives worked. I'm not going to lie this caught my attention so I joined the conversation and asked what she meant. She went on this HUGE vent session about how condoms birth control and ect were just different ways that the government scammed us into giving away our hard earned money.

I was waiting for the punch line of how they should be free or are over taxed and figured that it would be the end of this conversation........but no.....

She said in these exact words " I mean no one gets pregnant unless they want to there body just knows."...... This woman is 22.

I asked her what she meant and she told me " The only way you can get pregnant is if you or your partner wants you to have a baby" Do I asked out of curiosity what her views were on unexpected and unwanted children and her reply was "They want to be pregnant and just don't know it because they repress it."...........

I then went on to explain to her that anytime you have sex and some type of contraceptive isn't used you have a chance (weather you want it or not) to become pregnant. Even if you use something there is a small chance. Of course she didn't believe me and left.

*****A year or two later*****

Sarah found out she is pregnant and is now blaming her (ex)boyfriend for causing said pregnancy because he never said he wanted a baby and they didn't talk about it first.........
