Help am I Pregnant?

So I had my last period on August 23rd or so. Had sex a few days before and he came in me. I took a test yesterday and after being out all night it read positive the next day even though within the first 10 mins it was negative. I took 2 tests at the health department today and both were negative. The nurse assured me I was fine. I got the Depo shot today as well. I’m having cramps and nausea but that’s it. I spotted about 2 weeks ago for a few days. I had recently stopped taking the pill. No other symptoms. Attached is the pic that had been out all night
