recently i started my period for the first time since june, which is a relief since i thought i was pregnant for the past several weeks. i’ve taken numerous tests at home that were all negative and went to a clinic at my university to get blood work done and take another urine test which came back negative aswell, but something still felt off because if i’m not pregnant then why is my period so late?

i read recently that sometimes when you’re pregnant you’ll have vaginal bleeding similar to your period but it’s not your menstrual cycle. my last period was pretty light compared to what i’m used to and reading that scared the shit out of me, so since my period was about 2-2/12 months late and if all the tests i’ve taken were negative, what is wrong?
