Another baby

Please don’t judge, my and my partner has our baby boy on the 12 August which makes him 6 weeks and 4 days old, but we also want to start trying for another one as we want them to have a close age gap, I bleed for about 3 weeks after having him but I’m sure I had a normal period with it after, not 100% though, now we’re just trying to work out when I will ovulate and when my period will be due, we’ve been pretty active at BD at the moment. Do you think it’s possible we could be?
