Pain post ovulation
I ovulated over the weekend and today I’ve got mild cramps my left side and my bbt has taken a sharp rise this morning also. Could this be a positive sign or am I reading too much into things. I did an ovulation test yesterday which was negative and then today there is a very slight faint second line. Not sure what to think
