So scared I won’t know I’m in labor.....again

So with my first I started having contractions at 6pm and went to bed at nine cause I was so uncomfortableness didn’t feel good. I didn’t know it was contractions at the time because it didn’t feel like what the doctor said it would feel like. It was mostly in my back. My water broke at 1:45 in the morning.

Now I’m here with my second 36 weeks tomorrow and I was crying getting ready for work this morning. I have been in so much pain since I went to bed at 11 last night. It hurts so bad to move. It’s like a constant uncomfortable pain so I can’t really time anything. My left side hurts real bad. And sometimes my lower belly has sharp pains. It was so hard to out of bed every hour I woke up to go pee. And this morning was the worst. My whole belly was in extreme pain it brought tears to my eyes. I’m going to call my doctor if it gets worse. But I’m scared cause I feel it’s too early. I’m still going to work though. Thankfully I work at the hospital. I do have a fear though of my water breaking in front of everyone.

Should I be worried with these pains?
