Sappy/hopeless post
Hi ladies,
I’ve been on this TTC journey for 9 months now. It’s been a hard past couple of months, specifically.
Do you ever take a pregnancy test and just assume it’s negative? I feel numb to this whole process. I wonder why it’s taking me so long to conceive. I do everything by the book- eat clean, exercise regularly, take a prenatal, limit alcohol when you can, track your cycle, use ovulation strips....etc.
This month my OPKs said I was ovulating 4 days In a row! Exciting, right? More chances to BD. AF is supposed to make its dreaded appearance in 4 days...I took a cheap pregnancy test this morning and very clearly negative. What’s new?
I feel like every month, I have lower back cramping. Oh, could be ovulation cramps? can it be implantation cramps? can it be period cramps?
This is such a frustrating journey, you guys.
I’m to the point where I want to see a fertility specialist to see what’s going down there. Maybe I just need a little help with taking some medications.
Does anyone take fertility meds? If so, which kinds?
My cycles vary from 31-35 days.
Thanks for reading me vent.
May all of us get pregnant soon.
