Can you have regular periods and have Endo or PCOS?

I have regular periods with mild regular cramping but nothing out of the ordinary. Periods always on time every month and last for a few days. I haven’t got pregnant in 3 years and I’m 24 (TTC #1)  could I have endo or Pcos and not know it?

I’m not familiar with endometriosis but I have pcos, pcos presents itself in many different ways. Irregular periods is a common sign of it but you can have a regular period with pcos also (though not as common). But infertility can be caused by more than just endometriosis and pcos. You definitely need to see a doctor to find out why, and your SO needs to be tested as well. 30-40% of infertility in couples is male factor, if you have regular cycles and get positive opks then it’s very likely he could be the problem and not you.
