I got my membranes swept today
I’m 39 weeks and 4 days , I only 1cm and got my membranes swept today but last night the mucus plug came out after that I felt cramps the whole night with back aches . After the swept I feel more pressure lots of lightning crotch with cramps ! I hope baby comes out this weekend .
