Can a baby sleep on my chest the whole night?

Yeah a lot of people will tell you it’s dangerous but I think it really depends on how you sleep. I am a very light sleeper and to be completely honest, since I’ve taken my daughter home on Saturday, she’s slept almost exclusively on my chest. 
She doesn’t sleep in the bassinet because she loves the skin to skin and will just constantly fuss until I pick her up. As soon as she touches my chest, right to sleep... FOR HOURS! 
The only time I get any sleep is when she is on my chest also. Otherwise I just keep checking on her.

My daughter is almost a month and she ONLY sleeps on my chest. I spoke to her doctors they said it’s dangerous but what an I suppose to do?! She completely refuses to sleep in bassinet/crib or anywhere else but my chest 🤷🏼‍♀️

The safest place for baby is alone on their back in an empty crib/bassinet/pack n play. 
Try swaddling, sleeping with the crib sheet so it smells like you and warming the crib up with a heating pad or hot water bottle (removing before baby is placed in bed) they will get use to it eventually. 
Unfortunately you will hear from those who's babies 'did just fine' more then those who's babies died from unsafe sleep.
