Milk stuck in side of breast
Hey ladies. I'm sure any mother out there who has breast fed has run into this. My son (4 1/2 months old) had a bottle while in town yesterday and I was late on getting the milk pumped out on the feeding he missed and now the side of my breast is rock hard and so painful. Ive tried to pump it out and even tried to get him to nurse it out but nothing is working. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do to relieve and release it?
