How do I know my water is LEAKING? This morning I woke up and my pants are kinda wet and it feels like I’m mad wet but I’m not, I wipe & it happens again.

How far along are you? I'd call labor & delivery. This is how I ended up going into labor.

Lay down for a bit and see if you leak out when you stand up. Or put a pad in and see if it keeps getting soaked.

Put a pad on and you can monitor the level that way. It’s normal to have an increase in discharge and it can make you feel like you’re really wet but when you go to the toilet it’s just extra discharge. 
If you’re filling a pad take it with you and get checked over.
