Anxiety/depression meds and breastfeeding
My mental health is quickly declining and it's getting reallyyy bad. My husband and mom are both concerned about me and suggested taking meds.
I'm breastfeeding and don't want my baby to be exposed to meds. Not sure what to do. Anyone been in this situation? I really don't want to switch to formula. I love breastfeeding my baby. ☹️
