Does anyone know what this mean?

Had to go to E.r  on 9/26/18 due to me having really bad  pelvic pain & back pain (also got a really dark positive ovulation test ) so not sure if was Ovulation or what I have pcos  but my cyles are Normal(27-28days) not sure if I'm ovulating so I was put on Clomid 50 but anyways I was in alot of pain so they done an ultrasound...can anyone tell me about these results (good or bad) don't have a appointment til next week? Thank you😊

May i ask are you trying to get pregnant? If you are there is a possibility that it's from an egg that is released. All my pregnancys I've had cysts on my ovaries that came from where the egg came from. The docs told me it usually happens when pregnancy happens very early and most of the time goes away. Just my opinion hun. Good luck

It’s just PCOS you have a cyst on the left ovary which is normal with PCOS as for that is what it is. When you have a cyst on one of your ovaries it can be very painful. I know because I have PCOS as well. Try using a heating pad for 20 minutes and then an ice pack for 20 minutes, alternating as the pain lefts off or goes away. Take some ibuprofen or extra strength Tylenol to help with the pain as well. This is what works for me so hopefully it will work for you. Hope you get to feeling better!
