Are we still considered “bestfriends”

Ok so we’ve been bestfriends since 6th grade and now we are juniors/seniors. We have this other friend ( she like him but know he have a girlfriend). The girl is like a spoiled brat. Anyways, me and him use to talk everyday but now I barely hear from him. He drives and I don’t ; he would always pick the other girl up , hang out with her, and take her places.....THEY NEVER ASKED ME. The thing is, SHE LIVES RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM ME! This isn’t a one-time thing they’ve done. I’ve tried to talk to him about that and he was like “ok I won’t do that again”......welp guess what, he did it again. It’s like he’s forgetting about me and it’s making me highly upset. It’s been a week since we last talked, a damn week! Not one text from him and i know it works both ways where I can text him but at this point- i tend to stop texting first to see if he would text me....NOPE! And he be posting all on social media, but he can’t text his me to see how I’m doing or if I’m okay. It’s like he chooses her over me ANDDDDD when I tell him something about her that I have a problem with, he always choose her side . MANNNNN i don’t even know if we are really bestfriends anymore because he’s acting “brand new”. What do y’all think? What should I do about this? Do y’all still consider us bestfriends?
