dizzy at 23 wks 😵

is anyone else around 23 weeks just get dizzy sometimes ? or from standing long periods (or short?) my SO asked if I can help cut the back of his hair he was sitting down so I could reach then like 5 -10 minutes into it i started feeling dizzy so i sat down for a bit before i continued cause i didnt want to ruin his hair lol then got back up and finished but just like 2-3 minutes into standing again got a little dizzy.

has anyone else felt like this ?
