Hoping for a baby 🙏 Thoughts?

My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for a little while now. We take care of his nieces, my niece and nephew, basically we take care of anyones kids we can get our hands on because we love little ones. Well, we've had no success thus far in conceiving...and I often wonder if my past drug abuse is to blame. Its been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, but we are making it through.

Last week we were intimate a good bit, and he came in me a couple different times. Yesterday morning, when I used the bathroom and wiped there was a little pink on it. After that, I didn't bleed another drop ALL day. I went kayaking for 7 miles and didn't bleed, so I'm convinced it wasn't my period.

I'm supposed to start my period in the next day or so, and implantation normally comes before your period so I'm hoping thats what it is. Any ladies got some thoughts on that?
