Ok, Hair Question...

So, I have heard that some black people think it’s a racist “micro aggression” if a white person says they like their hair.

I was walking into the grocery store yesterday and there was a like 90 year old white lady in front of me and and my family and then two twenty-something black women in front of her. The old lady was like, “Ooo, I love your braids, they’re beautiful!” Then the woman with the braids turns, rolls her eyes at this lady, looks at her friend and in a sarcastic voice goes, “Can I touch your hairrr?”

Honestly, it was just so rude. What the hell is that? A couple of years ago I was at the same grocery store and there was a couple (that happened to be black) and they literally looked so cool. They both were in black leather motorcycle outfits and had faux hawks and were both just ridiculously gorgeous. I couldn’t help but tell them they had the coolest hair. They gave me a weird look and walked away.

Seriously, dafuq?

Can someone please explain this rationale?
