I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks and 4 days. Had bloodwork done the next day and the doctor called me and said that it was positive but a bit low and so they wanted me to go back today for bloodwork again. (4 weeks 1 day). Today they called me and said that the hcg has increased but there was a bit of a drop in progesterone and they want me to have an ultrasound done soon to confirm placement of the baby. Is this something I should be really concerned about?? Does this sound like an ectopic pregnancy?
